Founder A. Shawn Collins, PTP, AICP, is a graduate of The Florida A & M University in Economics and Finance.\u00a0 He also attended graduate school at FSU in Urban & Regional Planning with an emphasis in Transportation Planning.\u00a0 He’s also a U.S. Army Veteran who did his tour of duty in Wackernheim, Germany. Mr. Collins has over 36 years of experience in the Planning profession.\u00a0 He brings all of his talents and experiences to Tally Group and all of their programs and projects.<\/p>\n
Our team focuses on providing services to the Dept. of Veterans Affairs, Dept. of the Air Force, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection, the U.S. Marine Corps., the U.S. Dept. of the Army, several local governments, and private clients.\u00a0 We are currently building several Low, and Moderate Income homes in Daytona Beach.<\/p>\n
